Log-Likelihood Ratio for pgpTList objects
Usage
# S3 method for pgpTList
anova(object, object1, which = c("total", "GP", "timePoisson"), ...)
Arguments
- object, object1
Two pgpTlist objects for with
object nested in object1.
- which
The log-likelihood to be used. With the values
"GP" and "timePoisson", only the corresponding
part of the Poisson-GP model is used. With the value
"total" the tola log-likelihood is used.

Not used yet.
Value
A matrix with the results likelihood-ratio tests, one by
threshold.
